Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
